Warranty & Refund Policy

Customers should contact ULINKTEK online or by email first, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reasons within 7 days of the invoice date. A 10-day Money Back is guaranteed (Shipping & Handling and other additional charges, are not refundable). In addition, we reserve the right to charge a 20% of the total amount transaction & restocking fee on all returns. Please understand when a product is returned, variety of works need to be done such as testing, inspection, administration and receiving. However, Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in salable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. The 10-Day Money Back Policy does not apply to the custom product. The refund will be issued by either a check, or a deposit to your original payment card or bank account. It usually takes 2-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • All products sold are warranted by ULINKTEK or FORBEST Group’s branch only to customers for (i) Importer agent and resale; or (ii) use in business,ULINKTEK warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) year the date of purchase from ULINKTEK or from our agent , unless otherwise stated. Should the customer have any problem about the our product, the customer should contact the importer agent or salesman who sell the products immediately.

    Attention: we will not cover the defective items in warranty term after the product has been repaired by a third party even if it is within 1 year since the purchased date.

  • Warranty Return
  • Before returning any product, customer shall: (i) write or call the salesman from which the product was purchased; (ii) fill in RMA form and provide the date, the original invoice number, the series number of product, and the description of the defect (iii) or report to the dealers and ask them to contact us. Proof of purchase is required in all cases.

    For those returned items exceeding over 1 months, ULINKTEK will contact the customer after 1 months to remind the customer and the customer should get back to ULINKTEK within 5 business days. Otherwise, ULINKTEK has the right to dispose of the returned items at its own will without undertaking any cost or responsibility.


    For defective items that have been repaired, we warranty the repair for 15 calendar days since the delivery of the returned package to customers. For the repair of over 15 days, we need to charge the parts and labor cost for the new repair.
